Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide accurate information about products or services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Proactively contact customers to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services to maximize revenue generation.
Maintain a database of customer interactions, including contact details, feedback, and sales activities.
Collaborate with sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while conducting telesales activities.
