Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

�� Design and analyze pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment using

PV Elite software.

�� Perform stress analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes

(ASME, API, etc.).

�� Develop detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.

�� Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure project

success.

�� Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and optimization of mechanical systems.

�� Provide technical support during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning

phases.

�� Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

�� Review and approve vendor documentation and drawings.

�� Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

�� Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

�� Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical

Engineering.

�� 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in

pressure vessel design and analysis.

�� Proficiency in PV Elite software is a must.

�� Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API, etc.).

�� Proficiency in other engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is

an advantage.
