Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment using
PV Elite software.
Perform stress analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes
(ASME, API, etc.).
Develop detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure project
success.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and optimization of mechanical systems.
Provide technical support during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning
phases.
Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Review and approve vendor documentation and drawings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in
pressure vessel design and analysis.
Proficiency in PV Elite software is a must.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API, etc.).
Proficiency in other engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is
an advantage.
